Responsibilities
Facility Duties
- Manage phone calls & correspondence
- Greet and direct customers and guests, and accept deliveries
- Co-ordinate vehicle & key sign out sheets for parking lot
- Order and maintain facility inventory & supplies (incl. catering for meetings)
- Oversee facility usage (hangar space rentals, tours, etc.)?
Administrative Duties
- General administrative support (e.g. photocopying, typing, filing, etc.)
- Assist with data entry for citation flights and payments
- Manage petty cash / deposits/ invoice for the flights /credit cards
- Depending on the skill and initiative of candidate, additional administrative duties could be added
Charter Duties
- First interaction with customer and company
- Collect luggage, documentation and assist check in of guest
- Upkeep FBO and maintain cleanliness
- Flexible schedule may be required, work within timelines
- Flight following
- Keeping track of the locations landed at and extra invoicing from those airfields per month
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative position or in aviation
Skills: Highly developed customer service skills
Ability to adjust quickly to changes and events
High degree of accuracy and the ability to work independently
Self-Motivated, Professional, ambitious mindset
Excellent business communication skills
Proficient computer skills
