Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Research & Development Technician to support the engineering team by fabricating and testing new products, redesigning existing products, and testing new product concepts.

What will you be working on?
Support our engineering department through fabricating design concepts, investigating, and diagnosing faults and malfunctions.
Operate and evaluate prototype equipment performance.
Adjust, repair, and replace equipment, components, or systems.
Create and implement meaningful metrics through the testing phases of development that can be used to benchmark performance and highlight future opportunities.
Support our production department through the creation, fabrication, and maintenance of our manufacturing jigs and fixtures.

What is required for this role?
Experience in manufacturing environment with training in welding and or machining.
Experience in product development and or engineering is preferred.
Knowledge of current farming practices and equipment would be considered an asset.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
