The La Ronge Regional Housing Authority (LRRHA) is currently recruiting a Maintenance Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will: build awareness and increase understanding of available housing programs; assist the Maintenance Supervisor by completing action and work orders; prepare all tender documents; and perform various administrative functions including responding to clients, answering calls, record-keeping, etc.
The right candidate will: be familiar with Microsoft Office; have excellent organizational and interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; be able to work independently and as part of a team; be familiar with acts and regulations affecting landlord-tenant relations; have recognition of, and respect for people's diversity and individual differences; have a valid driver's license; use of their own vehicle; and an ability and willingness to travel.
