Description

Under the direction of the Logisitics Supervisor, the Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. This individual must work with a team to load and unload shipments regularly, with the capability of heavy lifting, and the use of necessary equipment (forklift, lift truck, etc).  Other responsibilities will include the inspection of incoming shipments, verifying contents to packing list and entering into ERP System.

Education/Experience

Minimum High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
Ability to operate forklift/telehandler an asset
Experience in Warehouse Shipping/Receiving setting is an asset, but not required
Working knowledge of ERP systems an asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office an asset

Manages the shipment and receipt of all materials & supplies
Collaborates & communicates with the logistics team, warehouse team, purchasing team and other involved in the shipment and receipt process
