Description

The RM of North Qu'Appelle No. 187 invites applications for a part-time office assistant. The position is a minimum of 3 days a week during regular office hours.
The position will provide reception and clerical support to the Administrator and Assistant Administrator, including answering, recording & distributing phone messages, assist with requests, inquiries and complaints; issue receipts; prepare bank deposits; process incoming/outgoing mail.  
Applicant must be bondable, personable, able to engage the public and a team player. General computer accounting is necessary. Previous reception and office experience preferred.
