ABOUT US
Doepker Industries is a leading Canadian manufacturer of highway semi-trailers. We are continually developing new and innovative designs for our customers across Canada and have won awards and been recognized for business excellence and innovation since 1948.

We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time R&D Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at our Annaheim, Moose Jaw, Saskatoon or Georgetown (Ontario) location.

WHAT YOULL DO
Reporting to the Team Lead, R&D/Process Improvement, the purpose of the R&D Manufacturing Process Engineer is to develop new and improved products and processes that enhance our customer satisfaction and internal efficiencies.

Key accountabilities include:
    Research, design, develop and implement manufacturing equipment and jigging
    Improve manufacturing work instructions, safe operating instructions and quality plans
    Design and conduct testing of Doepker products
    Advise and support the manufacturing team
    Determine root causes of manufacturing issues
    Advise on project budgeting

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
    Bachelor of Science in Engineering
    Experience in heavy duty or agricultural manufacturing
    Excellent communication skills
    Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Solidworks or a similar 3D modeling software
    Ability to collaborate with a team
