Description

The Rural Municipality of Lake Lenore No. 399 is currently accepting applications to fill an upcoming vacancy for a part-time Administrative Assistant.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Receipting taxes and other monies
Deposits
Collecting and sorting mail
General reception duties
Provide administrative support to the Administrator
Other duties as assigned by the Administrator

Applicants should possess excellent communication, public relations, and time management skills and be able to work under the Administrators Supervision.  Experience with Munisoft software or previous computer/bookkeeping experience would be an asset.

Salary range for this position is based on experience and qualifications. Hours of work will be 10:00 am  3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Potential for full-time hours dependent on vacation schedules.
