Job Description: Reporting to the Care Team Manager the Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the highest standard of care and service provision to residents living on a given neighborhood.  As an experienced practitioner, the resident care coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care, and provide support and teaching to the resident care team (including residents and residents' families) within a collaborative environment.  The routine procedures are generally predetermined but critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Current BCLS certification
Experience
Current knowledge and a minimum of three (3) years recent experience in long term care nursing within a team environment is required.
