Spray Foam Assistant Applicator
Young Horse Spray Foam provides spray foam and blow in insulation to customers in Moose Jaw and surrounding area. We are looking for a full-time permanent Spray Foam Assistant Applicator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist installer in applying spray foam at different job locations
Prepare area to be insulated
Attic insulation removal
Maintaining company spray foam truck
Representing the company professionally when communicating with clients
Dealing with any issues that may arise on site
Requirements:
Experience within the insulation industry preferred but not required. Would be willing to train the right individual.
Experience working on industrial, residential, and commercial spray foam projects or construction would be an asset.
Must have a valid drivers licence
Must be able to do mathematics and calculations
Maintain a clean and tidy work area while performing manual, repetitive tasks
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, around machinery, under supplied air masks and in conditions where there are loud noises and fumes
Complete tasks with a sense of urgency while delivering safe and accurate results
Perform tasks that require moderate to heavy physical exertion
Work well independently and take initiative
Detail-oriented, and committed to both safety and quality
Adhere to Young Horse Spray Foams health and safety standards (including the Responsible Care policy), and wear the required personal protective equipment for the job in a safe manner
Remuneration:
Remuneration for this role consists of an hourly wage ranging from $15-20/hr depending on years of experience and industry knowledge, a great benefit program, and amazing growth opportunities with an industry leader.
