Responsibilities:
-Comply with all Orano policies, practices and procedures
-Process all Transportation & Accommodation Requests
-Daily duties include: creation of flight manifests; determine routing of aircraft; daily flight report and manifest change forms, confirming passengers have checked in; reconfirming passenger counts with carriers; booking modifications for vacations or illnesses; obtaining departure times and ETAs; printing and distributing boarding passes, and finalization of manifests
-Communicating luggage and water sample weights to carriers
-Coordinate all aspects of logistics in the event of a flight delay, including; constant communication with ground services, communications for all employees, coordinating meals for off-site passengers if required, altering meal times with Catering office on delayed ETAs
-Tracking flight schedules
-Provide constant communication with air carriers on flight days
-Work with Catering office in regards to room allocation for all employees, visitors, contractors
-Prepare Gatehouse Memos authorizing gate access
-Order office supplies and business cards
-Develop and update office procedures and work instructions
-Distribute incoming mail
-Time card entry and reconciliation for employees
-Processing of new hires
Skills and Qualifications:
-Preference will be given to qualified Residents of Saskatchewans North (RSN). Athabasca residents will be given priority.
-Experience in SAP is an asset
-Knowledge of Microsoft office is required
-Working knowledge of office machines, ie: computer, fax, etc.
-Previous secretarial, clerical, and computer experience
-Must carry traffic cell phone
Work Location & Schedule:
-McClean Lake site
-14 days in and 14 days out rotating schedule
-Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside or normal working hours may be required
