Description

Develop Strong Relationships with Customer and Continue to develop the Relationship
-Greet customers on the phone or in the dealership, promptly and in a courteous manner
-Address customer questions/needs promptly and professionally
-Schedule appts. based on service calls
-Assist customers in scheduling appointments for routine maintenance and needed repair
Service Experience
-Identify service/part needs of customer vehicle to be serviced upon historical service data
-Provide repair and maintenance recommendations
-Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs and review details of service/ repair invoice with customer
-Explain the nature of the repairs
-Determine the progress of the repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly
-Handle all phone inquiries regarding work in progress, appointments, part orders, and return phone messages promptly
-Understand ordering of automotive parts
-Be Detailed Oriented
-Actively maintain the cleanliness of personal and team work spaces
-Keep service forms and pricing guides up to date
-Ensure all documentation/paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner
-Commit to Royal/Honda Brand
-Stay up to date on the training requirements
-Understand and promote service promotions
-Be a champion for delivering excellent service 100% of the time
-Be able to handle stressful situations
Skills
-You must have a valid driver license
-Basic computer skills
-Math skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
-Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
-Conscientious
-Problem solving and critical thinking skills
-Flexible and open to change, take on special tasks as needed
-Customer relation skills
-Organized and pay attention to detail
Education
-Automotive/ Parts Experience
-Grade 12 Diploma
-College certificate or additional courses would be an asset
-Work Monday to Saturday 8-5 (1 day off during the week)
