Brandt is currently seeking an Internet Sales Specialist for our Digital Marketing team in Regina. This position is responsible for assisting in the management, optimization and success of our online ecommerce platform and the orders flowing through it.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Product selection - Identify, analyze and define products that are optimal for ecommerce sales channels.
Product onboarding - Develop pricing strategy, merchandising, shipping, order fulfillment strategies; building of product pages, imagery, videos and key selling points for online products.
Order fulfillment - Monitor and manage ecommerce orders flowing through Brandts order fulfillment teams.
Sales & support training - Train internal customer support team on digital sales and products sold through ecommerce channels.
Reporting - Review and present analytics and recommend experiments based on analysis to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate - With team members in digital marketing, customer support, sales, fulfillment, inventory management, accounting and leadership to ensure a successful ecommerce solution.
