Description

>Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the transportation related operations of company
>Ensure accuracy in terms of client information and product inventory
>Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods and/or services
>Increase efficiency and productivity of warehouse operations and improved accuracy of supply activities, making best use of the tools available
>Lead team in all internal audit processes and procedures
>Ensure that all departments are well communicating with each others to avoid delay in loading and receiving
>Ensure security and maintenance of warehouse and outside yard parking
> Develop plans and procedures for the transportation and storage of goods
> Control the departmental budget
> Arrange for shipping documentation and oversee the scheduling and dispatching of goods and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
>Communicate regular basis with carriers, warehouse operators and insurance company representatives to negotiate for services and preferential rates
