Can you provide outstanding customer service?
This position is in Yorkton's state of the art customer contact centre. You will be responsible for providing quality customer service to answer inquiries from customers by utilizing inbound and outbound calling.
Hours of the department are subject to change as per the CBA, but are currently Mon-Fri 8am-6pm.
Typical Duties:
- Respond and handle inquiries and concerns from customers, dealers, outside contractors and agencies with a focus on quality customer service.
- Utilize methods to save customers who are wanting to cancel.
- Recommend solutions for the sale of products and services.
- Handle and confirm billing inquires.
- Take customer payments.
- Prepare written communications.
- Performs data entry of customer information.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Diploma and/or 1 year call centre or related customer service or sales experience.
- Working knowledge of PCs and a typing speed of at least 25-45wpm.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong listening and negotiating skills.
- Ability to handle positive and negative customer interactions with diplomacy, tact, courtesy and a positive tone of voice.
