Modern Mattress Yorkton is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant.
Hours of work for this position are Monday-Friday 10:00AM-6:00PM.
Pay for this position is between $14/hr - $18/hr dependent on experience.
Reporting to the store lead, duties for this position include:
-Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries and relaying messages appropriately
-General housekeeping duties around the showroom
-Creating and posting social media content on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
-Responding to customer inquiries on social media platforms
-Ordering store supplies and sale tags for both our Moose Jaw location as well as the Yorkton location
- Providing other clerical functions, including receiving and sending mail
-Maintaining spreadsheets relevant to inventory
-Working closely with an external marketing company to create sale campaigns and content to drive sales and increase market share
-Greeting customers as needed
-Running day to day errands as assigned by store lead
-Responding to Comfort Finder emails to suggest sleep products based on customers submitted answers
-Website maintenance on Wordpress
-Other related duties may be assigned by the store lead
Skill Requirements:
-A proven ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality on multiple duties
-Friendly and outgoing demeanor
-Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
-Extensive computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, DropBox, Quickbooks
-Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills and exemplary customer service skills
-Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including proof-reading
-Ability to quickly understand and design processes
Education Requirements:
-High school diploma with one year of relevant post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
