Property Manager / Maintenance Manager
Action Group of Companies is a family-owned own, well-established company responsible for a portfolio of residential and commercial property owners. We are looking to expend our team with people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead.
The job will require someone who:
- Can work a small team to ensure all aspects of tenants relations, property operations and repairs and maintenance are successfully managed.
- Can effectively coordinate and supervise a team of trade and suppliers for repairs and maintenance.
- Can handle all aspects of lease management, being advertising, filling vacancies, selecting tenants, move-in/move-out, etc.
- Has great communication skills and can liaise with tenants.
- Monitor and manage rent collections.
- Has good administrative skills.
- Can affectively do minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Acute attention to details.
- Sound judgment and strong understanding of people.
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team.
- Is able to schedule preventative maintenance.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Recent criminal record check is required.
- Must own a vehicle.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
