Our Saskatoon division is currently accepting resumes for the position of concrete extruder operator/string line setter.  This will be a full-time seasonal position, with little to no travel outside the City of Saskatoon.  

Required Qualifications
    Valid Drivers License Required
    Minimum 1 year experience with either Gomaco concrete extruding equipment or road construction surveying.
    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
    Ability to read and interpret road construction survey and grade sheets.
    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    Strong work ethic; dedicated and hard-working, able to plan days work based on set priorities.
    Ability to follow directions and work both independently and in a group.
    Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing will be required.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report directly to the Concrete Extruding Foreman and will work with numerous base and concrete crews.  Responsibilities will include:
    Placing pins and setting string line at vertical and horizontal offsets based on different concrete cross sections for Gomaco concrete extruding equipment to run on.
    Maintain and operate Gomaco Concrete Extruders for sidewalk, curb and street construction.
    Ability to interpret construction drawings and visually determine if string line matches the design.
