Description

Alton Tangedal Architect Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Intermediate Architectural Technologist in Regina, SK. As an Intermediate Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with the ATAL Team including Architects, Project Managers and Senior Technologists to help develop commercial projects from design through completion.

To us, the design process is a collaborative effort, where our role is to work relentlessly to provide the utmost level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Prepare project conceptual designs and proposals.
- Prepare pre-design information such as National Building Code and Zoning Bylaw Analyses.
- Prepare construction/tender drawings using AutoCAD or Revit software. Candidates should expect 60-80% active drafting time.
- Prepare construction/tender specification documents.
- Coordinate with the Consultant Team and Stakeholders
- Conduct as-built measurements and prepare drawings.
- Attend and participate in Client and Stakeholder meetings.
- Attend construction site inspections to ensure projects are on track and within timeline and budget.
- Oversee and provide support to Junior Architectural Technologists.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Architectural & Building Technologies. (Related education and experience will also be considered)
- 2+ years experience in a related role.
- Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD and Revit Software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workloads.
