Description

The Rural Municipality of Aberdeen No. 373 is currently accepting applications to fill a full-time position of Office Assistant.

The office is located in the Town of Aberdeen, 20 minutes North East of Saskatoon.

The successful applicant may have various types of experience but must possess strong communication, public relations, and time management skills.

Experience with Munisoft software as well as experience with Microsoft Office would be an asset.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
    Communicating with ratepayers and other
        members of the public
    Drafting letters and emails, reviewing
        correspondence
    Data entry work
    Accounts Receivable and Payable
    RM Social Media and Website management
    Building and Development Permits
    Payroll

Wages based on experience. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
