Description

About Assante Wealth Management
At Assante, our integrated approach to wealth management is critical to maintaining the trust of our clients and building long-lasting, strong relationships. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to provide added value to our clients. Our client relationships are built on the expectation that they will last for decades, as our planning horizon is as long as our clients lifetime financial goals.

About the Position

Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will work closely with the Financial Advisor to support their clients establishing a roadmap to achieve their financial goals. Excelling at research and financial analysis, you will develop comprehensive financial plans that meet short-term and long-term goals.
You appreciate working as part of a highly skilled, professional team and are eager to apply your financial acumen to developing comprehensive financial plans for our clients. Adept at using relevant financial planning models, you will assist with on-going financial planning issues of succession, transition and tax planning, to name a few. You enjoy taking a deeper dive into these aspects of financial planning and evaluating different options.
You believe in a client centric approach and are committed to ensuring client needs are met. Your stellar communication and interpersonal skills enable you to easily distill complex information into a simple plan that resonates with our clients.
As part of the role, you must be able to travel on an ad-hoc basis to attend training sessions with portfolio managers in Canada and the United States.
Your background in financial services, a degree in business or a related discipline, combined with a CFP designation (or on the path to completion), and excellent planning and organizational skills has well prepared you for this role. If you are interested in pursuing this career opportunity, please submit your cover letter and resume to office@apexconsultants.ca.
