Facility: VICTORIA HOSPITAL
Job Description: Reporting to a Primary Health Care Manager, the Exercise/Conditioning Therapist receives referrals from a licensed practitioner and is responsible for development and progressing exercise programs. Working as part of a team of therapists to deliver high quality programming to a wide range of clients (post surgical, chronic, acute injury). Development and delivery of education materials (to individuals, small and large groups, and via virtual settings). Experience with pool based programming is an asset. Computer experience required.
Required Qualifications

CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP)
Registration with the applicable provincial professional association
Valid Saskatchewan Drivers license
Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Positive approach and good listening skills to deal with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for individual, small group and large group interaction.

112 hours of work in a 3 week rotation (8 hour shifts).

Shifts (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates are for informational purpose only and may be subject to change.

The successful applicant must provide a satisfactory valid Criminal Record Check including vulnerable sector query before an Offer of Employment can be made.

Expected Start Date: July 5, 2021
Expected Up To Date: May 13, 2022
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: In a 3 week rotation:  shift of  hour
