ABOUT US
Doepker Industries is a leading Canadian manufacturer of highway semi-trailers. We are continually developing new and innovative designs for our customers across Canada and have won awards and been recognized for business excellence and innovation since 1948.

We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Blaster to join our team at our Annaheim location. Our shifts rotate bi-weekly from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and 2:30 p.m. to  1 a.m. (Monday to Thursday) and we accommodate shift preferences where possible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the Production Coordinator, the purpose of the Blaster is to support the manufacturing flow by providing safe, efficient and quality blasting processes to ensure our customers trailers are on schedule for delivery.

Key accountabilities include:
- Provide complete and thorough visual blast coverage on all products
- Assist in maintaining equipment used for blasting
- Following established procedures for safety, quality and production
- Share your ideas to contribute to process improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Training or certification in auto body would be an asset
- Ability to collaborate with a team
