We are hiring a Registered Nurse for our Intensive Support Program. This is a permanent full-time position. Responsibilities include screening, assessment, crisis intervention, counselling, goal planning, consultation, community outreach and follow-up, preparation of reports, data collection, resident, family and public education. The nurse gives oversight to medication management and with collaboration from medical or clinical professionals, provides on-site support or management of basic health care needs/medical conditions.
