The Wakamow Valley Authority (WVA) plays a vital role in operating and maintaining park facilities and natural areas while protecting the future use of the Moose Jaw River Valley.
Wakamow is currently looking for a summer Office Admin position.  If you are a positive person that would like to work in a fast-moving office then this job is for you.  Wakamow is looking for someone with the following skills:
    Manage incoming phone calls, voicemails, emails, routing calls.
    Maintain online facility rental calendar, and multiple social  media accounts
    Handle all payments
    Provide administrative support services to the General Manager, staff, and campground
    Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically EXCEL to create and maintain  documents and reports.  
    Help with fundraising and community events
The successful candidate will have good organizational and analytical skills.  A strong attention to detail is important in this role.  This is an entry level position that will include evening and weekend work. The position will start immediately and last until September.
