The Lighthouse is hiring night shift resident support workers for our Intensive Support Program team. We have one full-time (40 hours per week) and one part-time (16 hours per week) position available.

Residential Support Workers provide daily therapeutic support services to residents with complex mental health and substance use disorders. The program provides single accommodation and meal services for residents and twenty-four hour, seven day a week staff support to facilitate recovery processes. These include supports to improve illness management, coping skills, life skills and better over-all health in order to maximize independence and improve quality of life.
