Description

The City of Swift Current is accepting applications for a Visitor Attendant at the Hockey Hall of Fame in the Community Services Division. This position is a non-permanent part-time position funded by a grant that would require approximately 20  25 hours a week, involving some evening and weekend shifts. Job duties include janitorial, setting up for meetings and support user groups, simulator booking, and opening and closing the facility.

Hours of Operation
Tuesday to Saturday 1:00  5:00pm
Evenings during Special Events or Swift Current Bronco Games in Innovation Credit Union iPlex.

Basic Requirements:
High School and/or Post-Secondary education in Recreation or Phys Ed would be an Asset
Computer Proficiency
Previous work in a Museum would be a definite asset
Willingness become Safe Places  Youth Certified
Responsible and Reliable
Bondable
Background and knowledge in ice hockey would be a huge asset
Experience in Perfect Mind management software programming and experience in payment (debit and credit) processing would be an asset
