To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an IT Support Team Lead to join our fast-paced and energetic organization. This position will ideally work from either our Swift Current or Yorkton, SK branches but we may consider allowing the right candidate to work from any of our dealership locations. The successful candidate will lead, coach, and train the IT Support staff to provide technical support, and ensure that end-users are receiving prompt, high quality services.
Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
*Day-to-day monitoring, tracking and coordination of all IT Support functions with a heavy focus on reporting, automation, and service improvements
*Coordinating processes for identification, prioritization and resolution of incidents or fulfillment of IT requests
*Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on IT Support requests, including end-user feedback regarding IT Services
Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you have:
*5+ years of relevant IT experience with technical support of MS Windows Desktop and Server operating systems, Active Directory, the Office 365 suite, computer hardware/peripherals and computer networks
*Leadership abilities to drive the team forward for success
*Industry standard certifications including ITIL, COBIT, MS certifications, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications are beneficial
*Strong understanding of Help Desk KPIs, reporting, and data analysis
