Catering Coordinator Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Catering Coordinator to serve our clients. You will answer phone calls and emails, responding to all client catering requests. Based on our service calendar, you will schedule catering events and document orders accurately and efficiently. On the day of the event, you will ensure that the food arrives on time, our staff sets it up properly, and ensure that food is replenished throughout the event. You will also assist with clean up once the event is over and contact our client afterwards to confirm they were satisfied with our service.
Catering Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
     Respond to client phone calls and requests for catering services
     Input catering orders into our system
     Schedule events into the company calendar
     Ensure food delivery and set up is on schedule
     Coordinate clean up once event is over
     Follow up with the client to ensure customer satisfaction
Catering Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
     High school diploma or GED certificate
     Excellent communication and organizational skills
     Reliable transportation
     Attention to detail
     Punctual and friendly
