Job Description: The Operational Support Services Coordinator is responsible for providing confidential administrative support for the Regional Director of Operational Support Services and ten (10) Regional Operational Support Services Managers in various facilities across Sunrise Health Region. This position will also be accountable for the efficient operation of the Operational Support Services Administrative Office at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre, inclusive of the management of the Office Administrative Assistant within that office in addition to the Environmental-Laundry Services Workers at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre and the Environmental-Laundry Services Workers and Laundry Services Workers at the Yorkton and District Nursing Home.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
Combination of Office Education Certificate and office management experience would be considered
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years office management experience in an administrative, supervisory and/or management capacity.
- Health related experience and/or working in a health care setting would be an asset.
- Finance and budgeting experience would be considered as an asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent leadership, mentoring, organizational, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
Ability to be proactive and creative in decision making in the absence of direct supervision
High level of competency
Advanced working knowledge of budget reporting for financials
