Job Description: As a member of the primary health care team, the dietitian works proactively providing out-patient nutrition counseling, teaching and education services to individuals, families and community groups, and other health professionals with the intent of promoting good health and disease prevention. The dietitian may provide client and family focused services in collaboration with outside agencies (based on funding arrangements).

Previous experience in a community dietitian role would be preferred
112 hours of work in a 3 week rotation (8 hour shifts).

Shifts (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates are for informational purpose only and may be subject to change.

The successful applicant must provide a satisfactory valid Criminal Record Check including vulnerable sector query before an Offer of Employment can be made.
