We are currently hiring a Full-Time Care Supervisor position. Shifts will primarily be weekdays and morning and afternoon, but evening or weekend shifts may be required sometimes. This position works directly with residents using a person-centred approach. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with our residents and assist individuals with their day-to-day living.

Job Description:
    Provide routine tasks that support residents with their daily activities.
    Coordinate and oversee all health, medical, medication, hygiene, nutrition, clothing needs of residents.
    Provide direction and leadership to the staff team through clear communication, encouragement of sharing ideas, concerns and collaborating in problem-solving.
    Prepare staff schedules, maintains and submits records for payroll purposes.
    Maintain administrative records and reports and act as a liaison between the Management and staff team.
    Encourage the development of friendships and family connections and ensure participation.
     Oversee home and property maintenance, ensure it is in good repair, and follow fire, health, and safety standards.
    Assist in the hiring process.
    Conduct performance reviews of staff and addresses any performance concerns.
    Ensure adherence to the philosophy and values of Gilead Homes.
    Maintain confidentiality of residents and corporate information.
    Complete other tasks as requested.
