Description

Job Description:
Coordinate Element and 3rd party trucking of materials to and from the well site, determine optimal route and minimize costs while maintaining a high level of customer service.  

Responsibilities:
-Work with Logistics Manager to determine the optimal pickup point of all products, and execute trucking to location.
-Communicate with customers on arrival and departure of equipment and products.
-Monitor deliveries through tracking sheet, check accuracy of product, supplier, loading facility and quantities.
-Communicate with Supervisors on location to maintain current volumes on lease and quantity required to complete the job.
-Monitor driver hours to ensure they have enough available hours to deliver product to location in a timely manner.
-Ensure that all driver paperwork is received and processed in a timely manner.
-Monitor the on-call phone to assist drivers, onsite supervisor and customers with any delivery issues.
-Assist with monitoring the on-call Frac Phone on weekends.
-Organize loading plan for moving between jobs
-Coordinate with Shop Forman equipment repairs and regular maintenance
-Other duties as the position continues to be developed

Qualifications & Skills
-Prior knowledge and experience within the industry & equipment
-Ability to coordinate and dispatch personnel ensuring safe operations at all times
-Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting
-Strong communication skills
-Be able to show adaptability and initiative
-Knowledge of DOT and Hours of Service Regulations

Location:  Operations Base, Carlyle Saskatchewan
Schedule: 10 days on, 4 days off
