The Senior Coordinator-Adult Basic Education is an in-scope position reporting to the Adult Basic Education Manager.
The incumbent is primarily responsible for all aspects of implementing and supervising a variety of training programs. The Senior Coordinator also plays a significant role in identifying community or industry needs; developing partnerships; developing and recommending policy or procedure modifications; and evaluating and adapting programs.

The minimum qualifications for this position are: Bachelor of Education degree and two years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
A satisfactory criminal records check is a requirement of employment with Northlands College.
The incumbent must be prepared to schedule hours of work according to the demands of the position including evenings and weekends when necessary, and must possess a valid drivers license and be willing to travel to remote communities including overnight stays, air travel, and travel on gravel roads in all weather conditions.
Requires a Bachelor of Education Degree.
