Description

We currently have an opening for an IT Support Technician in our Regina office. Your primary duties will be to support Operation staff with the use of technology through a client service approach, ensuring that IT services are functional and available. You will operate as part of the companys IT Support team monitoring and prioritizing activities through the ticketing system, and delivering exceptional service to laptop, desktop, smart phone, and software end-users. You will work closely with the Operations other IT Support Technician and others within the companys Canada-wide IT Support team.  You will be responsible for managing accounts and passwords, set-up and configuration of desktop and laptop computers, maintaining IT inventory, and supporting MS Teams telephony.  

What you will bring to the table:
    An undergraduate degree or diploma from an accredited post-secondary educational institution in IT, IS Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Management  
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
    Demonstrated experience in a service-oriented environment
    Advanced support skills with the following programs: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online/Office 365, Microsoft OneDrive
    Proficiency in troubleshooting within Windows operating systems
    Ability to create and manage user accounts  
    Experience in customer/client service
    Experience supporting smart phones and printers/photocopiers
    Organized; ability to maintain operational inventory
    Attention to detail
    Excellent written communication skills, including ability to write reports
    Excellent verbal communication  
    Committed team player
    Valid Class 5 Drivers License
    Available to travel and work after hours where necessary
