Description

Our established manufacturing company (www.leonsmfg.com, www.ramrodequip.com ) requires an Office Operations Manager to join the organization.

This role is a key support to senior management.  It requires a high-performance individual with the ability to be simultaneously involved in multiple areas of the company to help individuals and departments achieve company-wide goals.

The Office Operations Manager is an experienced and effective multi-tasker who possesses the leadership ability to:

-effectively manage priorities;
-monitor accountability and compliance with
  company reporting deadlines;
-facilitate effective and efficient problem
  solving;
-promote teamwork;
-and recruit, teach, and/or recommend changes
  that helps ensure the best performance from
  all areas.  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this fast-paced role, along with a positive attitude and a relentless determination to make things happen.   The Office Operations Manager will be challenged to react promptly to deficiencies within departments, processes, performance or customer service, while proactively implementing continuous improvements for future growth and efficiencies.

Individuals with management experience are preferred.  Very good computer and written communication skills, basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge, and the proven ability to manage many types of people to influence change is required.  A broad understanding of office functions is needed as the duties of this position are very diverse and interact constantly with many areas.
