We are accepting applications for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Primary responsibilities include managing incoming visitors at the Company's head office in Yorkton, while assisting callers on a multi-line switchboard.
This individual is often the first point of contact with the Company. As such, exceptional customer service and very good English communication skills are mandatory in order to effectively and confidently assist with a wide range of needs. Past experience in a direct customer service role working with a diverse range of clients is required.
Related duties will be assigned. These may include support to the sales and marketing department, accounting tasks, and data entry projects. As such the ideal candidate will also possess very good computer skills (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel); basic bookkeeping experience, and very good keyboarding skills. A proven ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality on multiple duties is an important skill for this position.
