To support and maintain the sites manufacturing process related equipment. Responsible for overall site maintenance and preventive maintenance. Contributes and adheres to safety, environmental, and quality of the corporations, division and location.
Formula for Success: You Will
Equipment PM inspections including lube and grease
Various mechanical repairs including bearing or seal replacements, gasket installations.
Able to troubleshoot and repair diaphragm, gear, air, centrifugal, and other style of pumps.
Troubleshoot various process equipment
Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You
Familiarity with safety practices and techniques relating to the Ag Biotech industry or equivalent preferred.
Experience in manufacturing maintenance in a process industrial environment.
Vocational or college training/certificate/degree/license or equivalent is required.
Mill Wright Journeyman Ticket is preferred, however all trades with relevant experience will also be considered.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and climb steps/ladders as well as lift up to 50 lbs.
Liaison with outside contractors and carry out Site safety orientations, issue Safe work permits, fill out Pre task plans and Job hazard assessments. This position will involve some weekend and on call hours
