Due to increased growth, Brandt is currently seeking a Manger, Financial Planning and Analysis for our Head Office in Regina, SK. The Manager, FP&A, will have extensive interaction with all levels of the organization and will be responsible for delivering value-added business analysis and meaningful financial / operational reports that lead to insightful, accurate business decision making. Working closely with the finance team, this position will take a lead role in the development and preparation of all aspects of financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, able to prioritize tasks, has excellent communication skills, and brings a diverse financial background including process improvement and system implementations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise, develop, and manage a team of financial analysts.
Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, including short and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
Develop and improve reporting including key performance indicators and dashboards to help monitor the business.
Provide accurate and timely analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making and operational improvements.
Develop and manage analytical tools and processes to improve the quality and transparency of financial results.
Lead process and system improvement initiatives within finance.
Assist Divisional Controller in setting the priorities within accounting group.
Specific projects and other related duties as required.
