Key Responsibilities
- Support customers with technical issues, payments, and scheduling
- Sales to new leads, as well as follow up work with current clients
- Basic customer troubleshooting, network and operational support
- Monitoring customer devices and network conditions
- Managing a team of installation partners and internal staff members
- Perform weekend network support and basic network troubleshooting
- Perform QC checks of Installs and review completed tasks for accuracy
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment while managing multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities
Skills
- Technical background in networks, wireless, IT services is highly valued
- Highly proficient English speaking
- Professional dress, speech and manner
- Ability to work independently, using sound judgement principles
- Must demonstrate accountability in order to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
