Product Support Specialist

Job Description:

The Product Support position at Robertson Implements offers a dynamic environment of which you will be the key in connecting our customers, sales teams, and service departments. A normal day will have you helping to trouble-shoot technical issues on equipment, planning clinics and events, and training and developing our sales and service people. The Product Support Specialist is a technical expert that helps ensure our customers can maximize their efficiency.


Qualifications:

Superior communication and organizational skills
A deep knowledge of all agriculture equipment and ability to pass on knowledge effectively
Strong technical and mechanical ability and able to solve problems creatively and quickly
Ability to multitask and handle the timeliness of customer needs
A successful history of developing relationships
