Description

As a member of the maintenance team and one of 3 supervisors at Prince Albert Housing Authority, this position ensures the highest possible standard of repair and maintenance of all property managed by the Prince Albert Housing Authority.  

The Maintenance Supervisor accomplishes the overall purpose by the deployment, coordination and supervision of staff engaged in repair and maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds keeping.  

The Maintenance Supervisor assigns duties, develops work schedules, trains, and assesses the performance of maintenance personnel. Experience in estimating, coordinating, staff management and leadership. Previous property or asset management experience is preferred.

Preferred to hold a Journeyman trade designation in a related field, combined with over 10 years' experience.
