Maternity Leave 1 year position

    Manage and record all CFS producer production data from processors
    Submit all Saskatchewan broiler production numbers to CFC.
    Track and record quota ownership changes.
    Prepare Production Summary Reports, Projected Summary Reports, Quota Bulletins, MDQ Applications for producers
    Prepare and submit levy data.
    Work with processors on finalized MDQ producer allocation.
    Track and record leases.

General Duties
    Consult with computer program personnel to update and maintain grower program.
    Prepare documentation for CFC Audits.
    Annual licenses to quota producers, specialty growers and communal group exemptions.
    Assist with CFS events as needed. This includes AGM, producer meetings and consumer awareness.
    General office duties as needed

     On Farm Food Safety and Animal Care Programs
    Certification Agent for both CFC OFFSP and ACP.
Additional duties may be assigned by the Executive Director as needed.


    Previous supervisory/management experience.
    A bachelors degree in agriculture, economics, business or related field is beneficial.

    Support for the supply managed system for chicken production and current production practices.
    Experience in the agriculture field is required with priority going to candidates with experience in the area of supply management.  
    Willingness to travel to national and regional meetings.
