Provides reception duties in the building, greeting visitors and advising of procedures and policy, relaying communications, and information as required, answering telephone and emails, referring visitors and guests to the appropriate staff, and documenting visitors and staff entering the building. Will report to the Operations Manager. Providing intake services and information, including preparation of billing for clients. Tracking costs, receipts, and expenses; submitting all to Finance Office. Receive goods and place orders for PPE and supplies other than kitchen and/or food.
Duties
Interviews patients and completes admissions paperwork.
Schedules appointments for consultations and other healthcare services.
Answers phones and completes associated clerical tasks.
Creates and maintains patient records.
Skills and Qualifications
Degree or certificate in Office Management, Administration, Health Administration, or related field.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong customer service acumen.
The ability to speak/understand the language(s) of the community is an asset.
