The Lighthouse Supported Living is a supported living, affordable housing, and emergency shelter provider in Saskatoon and North Battleford. Our mission is to be a dynamic and innovative housing and service provider in the communities we serve that assists individuals in reaching higher levels of personal growth, independence and resilience by providing supports and meeting needs through a client-centred approach. As part of the dynamic team for The Lighthouse, Support Workers are trained to work in five Lighthouses departments: 1) Front Desk, 2) Stabilization Shelter, 3) Mobile Outreach, 4) Complex Needs, and 5) Managed Alcohol Program. The Lighthouse is open 24/7 so the ability to work day, evening, and night shifts, as well as shifts during the week and on weekends, is an asset.
