JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Support Assistants are small team within Regina Housing Authority dedicated to providing proficient customer service to our stakeholders. The typical duties include front desk reception, switchboard operation, receiving and processing applications, calculating rent for our tenants, managing tenant files, accounts receivable and cashier activities. The position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment.  

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years experience in a Customer Service position will be considered an asset. Candidates must possess the ability to work with and relate to diverse clientele including people of various cultures, abilities, social and economic backgrounds.
- Applicants must have experience working within a team environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal and team building skills with an emphasis on collaboration and coordination.
- Applicants must have experience working independently with minimal supervision, a high degree of self initiation, problem solving and decision making is required.
- Applicants must have experience with computers and have experience using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Access. Preference may be given to any candidates with JD Edwards experience.
- All applicants must possess the ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

HOURS OF WORK:
Regular Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with an hour and fifteen-minute lunch. This is a part-time position with the possibility of up to full time hours (36.25 hours per week). Hours per week will vary
