Vendastas Digital Advertising team is looking for an SEM Specialist to add to the growing team. This person is responsible for working closely with the clients of our Partners and the creation, monitoring, and optimization of Advertising Campaigns on Google & Bing. The role involves customer service skills, strategic thinking, mixed with creativity and technical knowledge, to ultimately craft campaigns that drive results.
What you will do
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns
Write ad copies for assigned campaigns following best practices
Keyword and competitor research
Discuss creative direction for the ads and provide guidance following best practices
Create and manage campaign tests
Place tracking codes and generate goals within Google Analytics
Create reports for campaigns, optimize and provide insights on a monthly basis
Answer questions from the Partner and their clients about Search Advertising
Skills & Qualifications
1+ year creating and monitoring Paid SEM campaigns on Google and/or Bing
1+ year customer service experience via Email and over the phone
Commerce or Marketing degree or certification preferable
Experience creating and presenting strategies designed to reach a clients KPIs
Can think strategically about campaigns to envision a system that will work cohesively to create real results for clients
Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel to effectively track and monitor campaign performance
Experience with creating and monitoring Paid Social Media Management campaigns on Facebook/Instagram & LinkedIn considered an asset
Experience with Paid advertisements on other social media platforms (such as Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat etc) considered an asset
