Description

The role of the Conversion Optimizer Specialist is to generate leads through organic search. This candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, particularly as it relates to search engine optimization, lead generation, and analytics.
This role is open to remote candidates.

Responsibilities
Create, develop, and execute measurable and actionable optimization tests designed to increase click-to-conversion rates, reduce CPL, and cost of acquisition
Perform site audits & recommend site enhancements and campaign optimizations
Work with SEO manager to research content silos and product pages of SEO optimized content for corporate marketing website
Develop SEO optimized content for the website for the content silos and pages
Coordinate with website designers and developers to build & launch content
Build out measurements to assess content performance
Implement on-page & off-page SEO tactics to hit our aggressive search goals
Accountable for website metrics and presenting to demand generation leadership
Conduct keyword research to aid with lead generation, product marketing, product development, and other key initiatives
Own the conversion optimization tactics of our website, including building simple and complex tests within an A/B testing tool and provide analysis on results
A/B tests, pop-ups, banners to improve conversion rates and user experience
Manage link building campaigns and collaborate with corporate marketing on earned media outreach
Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms

Qualifications
5+ years of digital marketing experience
3+ years of experience in key areas of SEO, including link building, keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and site audits
Knowledge of content marketing and inbound marketing best practices
Experience with test design & experiment planning
Proficiency with analytics tools & web traffic reporting, can conduct deep data analysis
