The Role You Will Play:

-    Work in a team atmosphere with other service advisors, technicians, and warranty staff;
-    Opening, processing, and closing work orders;
-    Adjust time on work orders and add segments as needed;
-    Answer telephone for the service department; contact customers with estimated costs for repairs and make arrangements for payment of work orders;
-    Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone;
-    Assist in preparing technicians daily work in the shop;
-    Provide backup support for payroll when required.

Background Profile:

-    High school diploma;
-    Exceptional attention to detail;
-    Good oral and written communication skills;
-    Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word) required; knowledge of PFW/CDK business system would be considered an asset;
-    High degree of mechanical aptitude, or willingness to learn;
-    Knowledge of the mechanical service industry;
-    This is an entry level position;
-    Must work overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested.
