As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for improving, maintaining, and managing all service offerings for Vendasta Marketing Services. You'll work with Marketing Service managers to help launch new Marketing Services products, create sales collateral, audit and improve product pages, and help maintain the 100+ SKUs offered to our channel partners.
Responsibilities
Make updates to Marketing Service products across all aspects of the platform (Partner Center, Vendor Center, Billing Center, etc.)
Build white-label sales collateral for Marketing Services Products to help channel partners sell and promote our services to their clients
Problem solve concerns related to the product pages, internal processes, and billing concerns
Have proficient knowledge in all 28 Marketing Services products and services, as well as their add-ons
Have a good understanding of competitors in the marketplace and how our products and services compare
Coordinate product launches, working alongside all Marketing Services managers
Work with Marketing Services managers to ensure product pages, expectation brochures, and all product collateral remains up-to-date
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical discipline preferred
Prior knowledge experience in SaaS and/or digital marketing considered an asset
Exceptional professional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and execute with a sense of urgency
Skilled at working with and leading cross-functional teams in a high-tech organization
Strong problem solving and critical thinking with both qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
Highly-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team setting
