Responsibilities of the Supervisor over High medical Needs Home for children:
-Communicating with doctor's/health care professionals over medical
-changes with the children's care plans
-Arranging appointments for clients
-Organize transportation for appointments
-order medications and medical supplies
-Speak with staff about concerns over performance
-Ensure the house is stocked with supplies
-Implement protocol changes
-Ensure documentation is filed appropriately
-Write a weekly report to Case workers and Management
-Make and design spreadsheets and checklists as needed
Skills and Qualifications
*CCA/ PSW (1 year course)
*Driver's License
*First Aid/CPR
*Food Safe
*Clear Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector)
*Strong management/Training skills
*Works well in a Team setting
*Good communication/organization Skills
-Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
-Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:
All Staff is required to wear masks. Full PPE is available if needed.
